How to set up an online job advertisement

To set up an online job advertisement:


Step 1: Register as an Employer

  • Go to www.sportsrecruitment.com/employers/register  


Step 2: Login to your Employer account

  • Go to www.sportsrecruitment.com/employers/login


Step 3: Purchase job credits


Begin by purchasing job credits so that you can start posting your jobs.

  • On the Employer Account Home page, go to 'Purchase Credits' and click on 'Buy Now'.

 

 

  • Select your ad type - standard (£500) or featured (£750) and click on 'Purchase Credits'.

  • Enter your credit card details into the secure payment gateway, powered by Barclaycard and Realex, and click on 'Pay Now'. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Our payment gateway provides Dynamic Currency Conversion, which detects your local currency and offers you to pay in your local currency.  You will not incur conversion fees when processing payments in the following currencies: Australian Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Chinese Yuan Renminbi (CNY), Danish Krona (DKK), Euro (EUR), GB Pound (GBP), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Israeli Shekel (ILS), Japanese Yen (JPY), Korean Won (KRW), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Norweigen Krone (NOK), Russian Rouble (RUB), Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR), Singapore Dollar (SGD), South African Rand (ZAR), Swedish Krone (SEK), Swiss Francs (CHF), Turkish Lira (TRY), UAE Dirham (AED), US Dollar (USD)

 

 

The credits will be added to your account.

Step 4: Create a new Job Ad 

  • On the Employer Account home page, go to 'Your Jobs' and click on 'Advertise a New Job'.
     

 

  • Follow the Job Setup Wizard to set up your job ad:
     
  1. Select your ad type - standard or featured.


     
  2. To set up a brand new job ad, select 'Create New Job Ad'. If you wish to copy the information used in any of your previous jobs, select the job from the drop-down list.
     
  3. Create your advertisement - enter the full job details and select the required search criteria. All fields except 'Reference' are compulsory. Hint - if you are copying and pasting a job ad, use MS Word rather than a PDF. Formatting is not correctly transferred across from PDF.


     
  4. On the Job Settings screen you can select the activation date (either immediately or a future date) and enter the email address for submitted applications to be sent to. 


     
  5. Preview the job ad and make any further changes if necessary. 


     
  6. Click on Proceed to Payment to put the job live. This will deduct 2 credits for a standard ad or 3 credits for a featured ad.
