Alistair Milner
Alistair Milner joined Sports Recruitment in March 2010 working within the Public Sport Sector, managing senior appointments across elite performance and participation.
Alistair spent the first 5 years of his career working in recruitment in both the UK and New Zealand, specialising in the Technology and Accountancy markets and latterly managing the in-house recruitment for an international public-health consultancy.
Alistair then spent 4 years with Sport Scotland and 4 years with Sport England in relationship management and programme management roles gaining an in-depth knowledge of the public sport landscape working with all the major stakeholders including but not solely the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, UK Sport, governing bodies of sport (Scotland & England).
Alistair holds an MA History and a PgD Physical Education and Youth Sport, both from Edinburgh University.
