After spending several years working in Australia, Josie moved to London and joined Sports Recruitment International in 2008 to concentrate on consulting across the sporting goods industry. Josie specialises in marketing, sales, licensing and product opportunities and has experience of delivering a variety of senior commercial searches with some of the world's leading and emerging sports and lifestyle brands internationally. She is now a Partner at SR Group and Global Lead of the sector.

Josie is a graduate in Sports Business and Marketing and has spent over 10 years as a specialist recruitment and business development manager working across a variety of international markets and disciplines.
