Background
The Role:

Responsible for developing and managing the Coca-Cola ticketing operations
-
Key responsibilities include managing the ticketing ordering and allocation procedures, scheduling and supervising ticketing staff/volunteers
-
Plan and recruit Assistant Ticketing Manager, Ticketing Coordinators and volunteers
-
Report to Account Director
Responsibilities:
-
Manage ticket ordering process
-
Manage ticket allocation, security, insurance
-
Manage ticket pick-ups
-
Manage ticket storage and on-site delivery
-
Manage ticket changes as well as on-site ticket change
-
Manage additional on-site ticket purchasing or allocation
-
Manage the allocation and processing of complimentary tickets
-
Develop ticketing ordering schedules
-
Oversee a Ticketing Assistant and the scheduling and management of other Ticketing staff/volunteers
-
Prepare post UEFA EURO 2012™ report
Skills & Experience Required
-
Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of ticketing ordering/allocation systems
-
Knowledge of ticketing office operations
-
Experience with ticketing purchase for major events
-
Organisational skills
-
Experience in managing tickets
-
Experience in the preparation and writing of reports
-
Proven ability to work in a high pressured environment
-
Exceptional attention to detail

Proven experience in managing staff
-
Fluency in English and any foreign language a plus

Work experience in a big team

Experience in managing a large group of people
-
Comfortable working with people from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds

Problem solving and strong commitment to providing customer service
