Silverstone Circuits Ltd is building on its core motorsport business by
entering an exciting new phase of its development, seeking to become a
leading UK leisure destination and global brand. In order to support this
transition, Silverstone is looking to appoint an ambitious candidate with
strong B2B sales credentials.
To sell Silverstone’s range of business events and race day hospitality to private and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities include:
To hit all personal sales targets and KPI measures
Proactively generate own leads from new sources and convert into profitable sales
Professionally manage, follow up and convert in-bound sales enquiries
Manage sales process from ‘pitch’ presentation, commercial contract negotiations, through to event delivery
Maximise sales opportunities from Silverstone’s current database.
Skills & Experience Required
A true “hunter-gatherer’ with an overachievement sales record
Strong experience gained from large iconic sporting venue or agency
Proven ability to secure new business with private and large blue chip clients
Has ‘gravitas’ with excellent presentation, written & verbal communication skills
Uses a consultative selling and solution-driven sales approach
Advanced computer literacy in all Microsoft products
Clean UK driving license.
