The Company markets and licenses products under such well-known brands as Easton, Bell, Riddell, Giro and Blackburn. The brands of Easton-Bell Sports set the standard of design and protective excellence across multiple sports, equipment categories and sales channels.
Key Responsibilities

Accountable for the Category Management of all lines within the Bike business field of Easton Bell Sports across Europe.

Work collaboratively with the Managing Director, EMEA to contribute to development and implementation of brand/product business strategy

Lead forecasting for product categories, products and territories.

Builds, maintains and develops strong relationships with key resellers

Develop deep understanding of the European market
Skills & Experience Required
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or related field.
-
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics within consumer products.

Multi-Lingual, preferably in French and / or German, above and close to perfect English.

Sales and category management experience within the snow industry, general Sporting Goods, Outdoor, Bike, or similar Consumer Products across the European market space, of a minimum of 5 to 7 years, including material experience within the softgoods, apparel and / or textiles product segment.

Expertise in retail channel and distribution execution strategy within the European Market.

Professional sales / marketing / category management, and account management training a plus.

Classical consumer products marketing experience, ideally combined with time spent in less structured, entrepreneurial environments.

Key Account Management experience, ideally within at least the general Sporting Goods arena, with demonstrated sales skills, of at least three (3) years duration. Strong selling orientation with significant time spent with customers and Sales teams in previous roles. Strong merchandising experience within retail.

Diplomatic and professional in all dealings, and able to work with diverse groups of people. Effectively and able to work on cross-functional teams to produce results with limited resources.

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Possessing strong presentation capability and excellent written and oral communications.

Exceptional ability to deal with a dynamic environment and to drive positive cultural change.

Well organised, managing projects and timelines efficiently and on-schedule, yet agile enough to alter priorities quickly and with a positive spirit.

Prepared for both European, and international business travel as required, probably reaching 30-50% of any given month, as business environment and situations dictate.

Ideally, sports-oriented, active snow sport enthusiast, user of product, easily relating to target consumer market.

Capable, advanced user of business software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
