- Experience of working in the public, voluntary or charity sectors in a Strategic Management role
- Background in sport and physical activity
- A relevant degree in sports development, management or business studies is desirable
- Demonstrate strategic thinking
- Evidence strong partnership working
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Candidates must be analytical and methodical
