In Australia, Precor sales have previously been managed by a distributer,
with burgeoning opportunity Amer have now taken the strategic decision to
bring Sales 'In-House' and establish a dedicated Australian operation.
Having identified a Business Director (to be based in Melbourne), they now
seek Sales Executives for both the Queensland & NSW markets.
Key Responsibilities
The roles will generate sales and monitor the business opportunities
regionally, ensuring targeted revenue and profit growth across each State.
Working closely with a small Australian team to monitor business
opportunities in their respective States, the Sales Executives will lead
negotiation with key customers on commercial tenders, understanding needs,
preparing tender documents and closing the deals.
The roles will bring an understanding of the issues and needs of the
various channels within the territory, and they will search, develop and
maintain relationships with key decision makers. They will then work with
the National Director to prepare sales forecasts and reports, manage
expectations, develop and present plans, programs and strategies that
ensure the company meets revenue, profit and market-share targets, and
leads to new ideas in an untapped market.
The Sales Executives will be required to attend trade shows, cultivate
client relationships and present the company in a professional
manner.
The successful candidates will be go-getters with a excellent sales
backgrounds. You should be personable, tenacious and dedicated, and will
need a strong communication manner, be professional, mature and
confident.
